All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened airbed pumps
  • Used camping equipment (airbeds, camp beds, furniture)

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This represents our acceptance of your order and forms a contract between us.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes or errors. If an error is discovered after your order, we’ll contact you before processing.

Payment is processed at time of order. Your card will be charged when we ship your items.

4.4 Sales Tax

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

5.2 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: EMS – 15-25 business days after shipping (orders over $50)

5.3 International Orders

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). International customers are responsible for:

Delivery times vary by destination. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • In original packaging with all tags

6.3 Refunds

  • Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6.4 Exchanges

We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

6.5 Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover return shipping.
