Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your camping needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Expedited Shipping Note: If you paid for expedited shipping (DHL/FedEx), we can only refund the standard shipping rate for returns.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Delivery times may vary based on destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our camping equipment just like we stand behind our campers. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened airbed pumps (due to potential hygiene concerns)
  • Used camping equipment (including airbeds, camp beds, and camping furniture)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
    • Items to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or specific exchange)
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email return authorization within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship Your Return: Package securely in original packaging with all accessories to:

  4. Processing: We’ll inspect and notify you of approval within 3-5 business days of receipt

Refund Information

  • Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees non-refundable; return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to our error

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more or receive refund for less)

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover return shipping.

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Use trackable shipping service
  • Refunds issued in USD (may be subject to currency fluctuations)
